01 / Shipping
We offer free shipping to:
Australia, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
Once your artwork has been completed, approved, and shipped, the estimated delivery time is approximately 5-12 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination, customs processing, local postal services, or seasonal demand.
02 / Creation
Every artwork is carefully drawn and painted by hand - whether it is a person, pet, house, wedding, family, or memorial portrait.
Your first artwork proof will normally be ready within 2-4 days, so you will not have to wait long to see the custom artwork you have been looking forward to.
More detailed or complex orders may occasionally require a little additional time.
03 / Rush orders
Running out of time or preparing a last-minute gift?
Please contact us before placing your order. A Rush Order Add-On may be available, allowing your first artwork proof to be completed in approximately 1 day, depending on the complexity of the order and current availability.
During busy holiday periods, particularly around Christmas, artwork completion may be delayed by approximately 1-2 days. We appreciate your patience, as we never want to compromise the quality and care that goes into each hand-painted piece.
04 / Protection
We carefully package every artwork to help ensure that it arrives safely and is ready to display or give as a gift.
Unframed artwork is shipped flat in a protective envelope, rather than rolled. This means you will not need to flatten the painting after delivery - it can be framed or gifted as soon as it arrives.
Framed artwork is carefully protected with bubble wrap and securely packed inside our custom-made rigid shipping box to help protect both the frame and artwork during transit.
05 / Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, customs delays, postal strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or carrier disruptions.
We will always do our best to provide tracking updates and assist where possible.
