01 / Approval
Before your portrait is shipped, we will send you a proof for approval.
You can review the faces, colors and details, then simply let us know what you would like adjusted. We will make reasonable revisions based on the same original photo and order instructions free of charge until you are satisfied.
02 / Composition
When multiple photos need to be combined, we will first send you a digital composition to review before painting begins.
This allows you to check the placement, size and arrangement of each person, pet or background element, so you can understand how the final portrait will look.
03 / Craft
Every portrait is individually drawn and painted by hand using traditional watercolor techniques.
By combining years of painting experience, we provide meaningful, high-quality custom artwork at an accessible price.
04 / Delivery
Every portrait is carefully packaged for shipping.
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us with photographs of the artwork and packaging. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
