1. What's your timeframe?

• First Proof: 2–4 days after photo confirmation
• Packaging: 1–2 business days after approval
• Delivery: 5–12 business days worldwide
2. Is the artwork an original or a print?
All of our artworks are original, one-of-a-kind pieces, individually hand-painted on watercolor paper. They are not prints.
3. Can you combine different images into 1 artwork?
-Yes! I can combine photos together or to merge people/pets from different photos.
4. Will I receive proof before shipping?
Yes! You will receive a proof before shipping. You can review the artwork and request adjustments if needed. Once you are happy with the final result and approve the proof, we will prepare your artwork for shipping.
5. What do I do if my artwork got damaged in transit?
-No stress! I will send you a new replacement for it!
6. Can I add a gift message to the parcel?
-Yes, I can do that! I will include a separate gift message card for you!
7. Can I add an angel wing or a halo on the deceased person?
-Yes, I can do that! Please feel free to leave a message in the order note!
8. My photo's quality is not very good, could I please send it to you to take a look before placing the order?
-Sure! I can work with blurry, low resolution, old photos, or even the screenshot from the social media as it's drawn from the sketch :) If I could have the reference photo as well, that'll be great!
